"Sydney" is a four-bedroomed holiday cottage on the beach in Borth, with sleeping facilities available for up to seven people.

The Most appealing feature of this holiday rental property is the first floor lounge with its patio doors revealing panoramic beach and sea views. Looking out over the beach of Borth and Cardigan Bay is the perfect way to start a holiday in West Wales. The ground floor has recently been renovated to an open plan layout with a comfortable lounge area with large flat screen tv, a dining area and fully equipped fitted kitchen with dish washer, fridge freezer and microwave. There is also the addition of a ground floor toilet and shower room. The ground floor door and first floor patio doors both lead to the outside seating area and beach. The renovations to this 400 year old cottage have been made sympathetically to maintain its cosy low ceilings and narrow staircase.

As well as being a popular beach resort, Borth is a convenient base for West and Mid Wales. Locally available are fishing, surfing, walking, golfing, horse riding, bird-watching (including Ynyshir RSPB and the Dyfi Osprey Project), dolphin watching, a small zoo and narrow gauge railways. The nearby university town of Aberystwyth offers many cultural attractions in addition to museums, shops, restaurants and parks. Trains and buses run regularly.
